Gifts of Hope

Gifts of Hope is a heartfelt initiative of Adelaide’s Army of Hope created to uplift the incredible nurses, therapists, child life specialists, family support and care teams who support children and families on the Pediatric Transplant and Cellular Therapy floor every day.

These caregivers show up with compassion, patience, and strength—often using their own creativity and limited resources to bring comfort, calm, and moments of light to families during long and difficult hospital stays.

Through Gifts of Hope, Adelaide’s Army of Hope works hand in hand with hospital teams to provide wish-list items that help care teams do what they do best: comfort children, support families, and create moments of connection and joy.

From play and coping tools to simple comforts that ease long days, these resources help children feel a little more at ease and allow parents to take a breath, knowing their child is surrounded by thoughtful, loving care.

At its heart, Gifts of Hope is about gratitude and togetherness. It’s about standing beside the people who stand beside families—honoring Addie’s legacy by ensuring that hope, kindness, and compassion reach every bedside.
