Sarah Davis

Sarah Davis is the co-founder of Adelaide’s Army of Hope and a pediatric occupational therapist dedicated to supporting children and families through care that is compassionate, developmentally informed, and deeply human. Inspired by her daughter Addie’s bravery and light, Sarah created the foundation to bring comfort, joy, and meaningful support to families facing pediatric cancer. Through initiatives like Baskets of Hope, Spaces of Hope, and Gifts of Hope, she blends clinical expertise with heartfelt advocacy to ensure no family feels alone during their hardest days. Sarah is honored to carry Addie’s legacy forward by turning love into action and hope into lasting impact.

Cody Davis

Cody Davis is the co-founder of Adelaide’s Army of Hope and a devoted husband and father who helped build the foundation in honor of his daughter Addie’s courage and light. Grounded in compassion and purpose, he plays a key role in supporting the foundation’s vision and operations, ensuring that love is turned into meaningful action for families facing pediatric cancer. His commitment reflects a deep belief in community, service, and showing up for others during life’s hardest moments. Through this work, he proudly helps carry Addie’s legacy forward—one act of hope at a time.

Molly Walker

Molly serves as Secretary of the Board, and as a mom with a background in professional writing and first‑hand experience supporting non-profit organizations, she is dedicated to finding creative ways to serve and support Adelaide's Army. Through her passion for both writing and building meaningful relationships, Molly hopes to share the joy Addie brought to everyone who knew her.

Chief Financial Officer

John Kozlowski

John serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Adelaide’s Army, and brings with him extensive experience in North Carolina filing requirements and regulatory compliance. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Hofstra University and an MBA in Finance from Long Island University, C.W. Post. With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, John has worked with both large investment banks and boutique firms. He is honored to support Adelaide’s Army of Hope’s mission by ensuring fiscal responsibility. John is happily married to his wife, Stacy, and together they have three daughters.

Caleb Kotwica 

In a short but profoundly meaningful time, Caleb and Addie formed a deep and loving bond—one that continues to shape and inspire Caleb to this day. A native of Utica, NY, Caleb carries Addie’s memory with him as he helps bridge our charitable efforts between New York and North Carolina. With years of experience in finance and as a business owner, Caleb brings both professional expertise and personal purpose to his role, thoughtfully guiding organizational planning and stewarding our financial operations in honor of Addie’s legacy.

Stacy Kozlowski

Stacy is a pediatric occupational therapist with over 25 years of experience supporting children and families across a wide range of developmental needs. Her work has always focused on understanding the whole child and helping families build systems of support that foster independence, resilience, and long-term quality of life.

As both a clinician and a mom of three daughters, Stacy brings a deeply personal, family-centered perspective to her research and advocacy with Addie’s Army. She is passionate about advancing awareness, research, and resources that support children and families, and is honored to help carry Addie’s legacy forward through thoughtful, compassionate advocacy.

Heather Fenty

Heather Fenty is a marketing strategist, storyteller & longtime advocate for clear, meaningful communication. With 15+ years of experience spanning marketing, HR tech, operations, and content strategy, she brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to helping organizations share their mission in ways that truly connect. As a mom and community-minded creative, Heather is passionate about using storytelling to amplify hope, spark engagement, and support causes that matter deeply—especially those centered on families and children. She is honored to support Adelaide’s Army of Hope and help carry Addie’s legacy forward through purposeful, compassionate marketing.
